Bryan Chetcuti is an Australian technology leader working across transformation, governance and delivery, with a particular focus on digital trust and accountable decisions.
His work focuses on a persistent gap in many organisations: the systems and dependencies that make an organisation trustworthy are rarely seen or governed as a whole.
Alongside full-time technology leadership, Bryan builds and stewards public work that makes this approach inspectable. ThreatScope Check is a practical digital trust triage instrument, while the .au Domain Observatory (.auDO) preserves and interprets visible domain-layer evidence over time.
TrustSurface is the longer-running research thread behind some of this work: an emerging conceptual framework for understanding where digital trust is created, exposed and governed across systems and dependencies. It remains research in progress rather than a finished standard or assurance model.

Bryan works in technology leadership in the mental health sector.
